Improved geometrical connection pyrolysis crucible without bolts and gaskets. Also, instead of resource-intensive internal
lining of the furnace refractory fireclay now is used innovation material, which allowed to reduce the weight of the insulation
from 6 tons to 248 kg, with the increase amounted to 35% thermal protection and reduced fuel consumption on a primary trigger.
Technical solutions are applied in order to remove heat from the furnace shell pyrolysis for the technological needs of service
businesses - hot water / hot air - at the request of the customer.

This is an incomplete list of improvements introduced in the process of serial production of Pirotex.

Company Technokomplex represents the new equipment developed by company Zhelezno. The equipment allows to receive from one of a waste of an agricultural production by pyrolysis in aggregate with high-temperature oxidation in a laminar stream of an oxidizer of an initial product and of some other operations a liquid product - amorphous silicon dioxide. Silicon dioxide on all parametres is analogue of product AEROSIL. Cost of AEROSIL in Russia today - from 280 to 340 rbl/kg.
